Engine bay
Twice a year the engine bay fills with a portable pool, nervous smiles and a lot of cheering. Come celebrate the people saying yes to Jesus in front of their church family.
Baptisms happen during the 11:15 gathering. Each person shares a few sentences about their story, or has a friend read it for them, and then goes under while the whole room cheers. Expect it to run about fifteen minutes longer than a usual Sunday.
Thinking about being baptized?
Come to the short class after the 9:30 gathering on October 11 or 18. We will talk through what baptism means, answer your questions and help you write your story. Nobody is asked to decide on the spot.
What to bring
If you are being baptized, bring a change of clothes and a towel. Everyone else, bring your loudest applause. Cake follows in the upstairs room.
